Get the windows checked for any leaks because it will never get fixed later.Īgain, the staff is nice and so is the community and its close to everything but it is has been a frustrating experience so far. If you decide to move here, I will recommend you get all the appliances changed - the dish washer, the oven, check the washer/dryer if you rent that from the management, the refrigerator and also the carpets. I know 4 residents who left Hathaway Farms in the past 12 months for this reason. For the rent the residents pay, the management should at least replace the old appliances with newer ones. The staff is nice and they are always on site but they only come up with temporary fixes for the appliances or for anything we call them for. The refrigerator is old and gives problems all the time. The dish washer is rusted and breaking up. The appliances are old and broken and so is the heating system. The rent has gone up significantly and is not worth the rent anymore.
